[Prerequisites]:
- Have a clean new Firefox profile.
- Have an add-on that overrides your homepage and your new tab installed on the same profile.
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start the browser with the prerequisites from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to about:preferences#home and observe the "Homepage and new windows" and "New tabs" drop down menus.
[Expected result]:
- The menus should be actionable.
- The extension that overrides the homepage or new tab should be displayed as an option.
[Actual results]:
- The menus are greyed out.
- The extensions are displayed outside the drop down menus.
[Additional Notes]:
- Attached a screen shot with the issue.
