144841 - Disabled when trying to confirm rcm-images.amazon.com to load an image

When the "The site rcm-images.amazon.com wants to load an image. Do you want to
allow it?" confirmation box appears, you have to end-task Moz because clicking
"No" or "Yes" doesn't do anything, can't close the dialog either, status of
"Remember this decision" doesn't help. Had to end task Moz which killed
Newsreader and message also :(. Not a problem with any other sites trying to
load images.

To reproduce:
1. Edit | Preferences | Privacy & security | Images | Accept all images | Ask me
before downloading an image
2. Go to http://www.satirewire.com/ for the 1st time (or after clearing image
permissions).
3. Click "No" or "Yes" or try to close the rcm-images.amazon.com confirm dialog.

What happens:
Nothing, can't access Moz, end task it, curse.

In a perfect world:
Accept "No" or "Yes" or closing of dialog, enjoy ad-free sites.
