Details

The fix for bug 1437281 - "OSX dragging image to desktop changes OSX File associations" (which landed yesterday) added a regression on Windows where the extension is not being added when the file has no extension. I introduced the problem with the fix for bug 1437281. I will either get a quick fixed for this problem landed or backout 1437281. I found this with manual tests on Windows which I should have done before landing the fix.
