Details
Bug 1433331 was filed by a user who added the string "seattletimes.com" as an origin to block cookies from. This was interpreted as http://seattletimes.com, but I argue that it would make more sense to infer that the user wants to block both HTTP and HTTPS when the origin provided does not include an explicit scheme.

Putting this as P5 because we've had this situation for a long time, though I do agree it is a good idea.
