Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to www.witch.be (it's a default Wordpress setup with the default Wordpress theme)
2. Scroll down quickly to the bottom of the page
Actual results:
There are visual glitches when scrolling down.

I can not reproduce this issue on my machine. Could you copy and paste a copy of your about:support Graphics section.

you are using 59.0.2. so bug 1447193 is not related to this bug.
No longer depends on: 1447193
Some more info: When scrolling with those glitches I see the Firefox process shoot up to 50%, and the "FirefoxCP Web Content" process peak to 75%. Problem is also present in the latest DeveloperEdition (60.0b8).
