Steps to reproduce:

Hi there!

I have a software based signing certificate installed in pre Mozilla Firefox 59.

If I export the certificate, set up a password for it, and import it to an other browser (IE) or computer, it says the password is not correct. But I'm sure the password is correct. The problem appeared in 59.0.1 and I get the 59.0.2 and still exist. The problem I only have this bug in the desktop version, I didnt tested on mobile versions.
