Meta-bug for tracking work on a synthetic telemetry data generator. A first MVP is available in bug 1413381 with fake client-activity. This is initially developed for work on engagement and for evaluating different data systems. This provides a configurable ground truth. Scope: * Schema should be mostly compatible with main v4 * Data should be easy to generate (e.g. pip install moztelemetry-faker) * UI for visualizing parameters ahead of time (what values of shape and scale should I choose to distinguish)
