Steps to reproduce:
Phone: Galaxy S9
Android OS:
1. In GS9 Settings > Display > Full Screen Apps
2. Ensure Firefox is enabled to run in Full Screen
3. Open Firefox Browser
4. Attempt to open new tab by hitting the Tab Number button in upper right of FireFox Home
Actual results:
At the bottom of the screen I'm seeing the white URL Bar rendering. I'm able to interact with it.
Expected results:
New Tab page appears as normal. URL bar suppressed.
