I don't think this is Bug 1053898. I was able to narrow the regression window to

I can't narrow it down more with artifact builds so it is most likely a platform change in this pushlog.

And I also confirmed that the failure was only related to the "floating scrollbars" used in the dark theme for DevTools. If I force regular scrollbars in the dark theme, the test passes. I suspect Bug 1448841.

Actually it looks like floating scrollbars are a bit broken on Nightly: they no longer respond to mouse interaction, cannot click on them or drag them.
