We should have a link to "change email settings" at the end of all html and plain text emails.
The link should be https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email (well, using [% urlbase %]).
There's 3 templates for email, I'm sure you can find them (but if not needinfo me)
