Not certain if this update is related to Firefox update or Session Restore. No access to Debian Linux here, but on Ubuntu, this seems to be working with 61.0a1. Can you check about:profiles and see how many profiles exist there? Perhaps a new profile was unintentionally created?
Component: Untriaged → Session Restore
Flags: needinfo?(sMegaLite)
OS: Unspecified → Linux
