145069 - cannot add mail account where mail server has a '_' in the hostname

If you go to create a new mail account and define a mail server that has a _ in
the host name in the incoming server box the you get a 'Please enter a valid
hostname' box.  

I hope this isn't a duplicate, I spent some time looking for this bug in bugzilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit -> Mail & News Group Account Settings
2. Add Account
3. Next -> Next
4. Add a hostname with a _ (mail_test.domain.com)

Actual Results:  'Please enter a valid hostname' box

Expected Results:  continue with mail setup

according to bug 80855, a "_" in a hostname is not valid.
