Steps to reproduce:
Brought up a youtube video from an email link. Showed progress in loading content
but no video or audio display. Clicking on load time time shows individual frames.
Restarted system and repeated. same results. Copied web address and pasted into Chrome. Played correctly.

Didn't play video
Expected results:
should have played

I'm not able to repro with with Fx 59 or 62 on Mac. The first two videos in that playlist start to play just fine for me.
Can you still reproduce this problem?

Yes, I could repeat the problem on 59 and also when I upgraded to 60.
Image flashes just briefly and then goes blank but progress continues.
Windows 10 64 bit current version Toshiba satellite A660 laptop 8 gb

Finally resolved problem by not allowing hardware acceleration.
