It is created based on Bug 1449086 comment 9. Though gfx.webrender.force-angle=false is not a priority right now.

I saw flickering during resizing "about:support".

It seems that we need to wait gpu task complete in this case.

I do not think this bug is P1, since this bug is for a case that does not use ANGLE instead use native GL on windows.

I don't think we're planner to ever ship / support this config.
