145090 - Profile Manager starts everytime

I just installed the latest build, now the profile manager always presents
itself everytime I start a new instance of mozilla even though there is only one
profile (there must be no existing instances of mozilla running).  This behavior
is different from the prior release 2 candidate and annoying.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Browser Only over the existing RC2
2. Start Mozilla (profile manager shows up)
3. Close Mozilla
4. Start Mozilla (profile manager again shows up)

one shouldn't install over older builds. Uninstalling first is recommended.
Resolving as dup of bug 144930. Please add comment if you don't use quicklaunch.
