[Prerequisites]:
- Have the latest try build 61.0a1 from (2018-03-27) installed.
- Accessibility is enabled 

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Navigate to a webpage and press "f12" key
2.Focus the "Accessibility" tab
3.Drag the Properties margin to the right until the horizontal scrollbar is displayed
4.Drag the horizontal scrollbar to the right margin

[Expected result]:
All existent text from Properties area should be displayed

[Actual result]:
The text is truncated (please see the attached screenshot)
