Under the section 'Painful Accusations' of this article, the text changes color
when you hover the mouse pointer over it, as if the four paragraphs  in the
section were an active link.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the URL http://abcnews.go.com/sections/world/DailyNews/iran020205_youth.html
2. Scroll down to the section of the article titled 'Painful Accusations' 
3. Hover the mouse pointer over the four paragraphs of text that make up this
section  

Actual Results:  The text changes to a light blue color as long as the mouse
pointer is hovering over it, but only on one section of the article

Expected Results:  this section should have the same properties as the rest of
the articles' text

I am seeing this problem on the 05-12 xx PR1 build.

This appears to be a problem with CSS.	See attached testcase.

Verified, looks like the same issue to me.
