"Can not find" popup disables keyboard input for rest of session.

Details
If I mistype a URL and receive the "blahblahblah can not be found" popup I must
restart Mozilla to regain use of my keyboard (within Moz). I can still click on
links, buttons, bookmarks, etc.
Using 1.0RC2.

P.S: I can regain use of my keyboard if I open another dialog (prefs, etc).

WFM with trunk 2002073022, linux. reporter (Ryan Roemmich): can you reproduce
this bug with a recent build of mozilla (for example, 1.1beta)? if so, please
comment again with details. if not, please resolve this bug as WORKSFORME. thanks.
