Steps to reproduce:
 1. Open FF and go to m.youtube.com;
 2. Start a video and navigate in full screen using the control bar.

Expected results:
The video loads correctly and the loading throbber is displayed.

Actual result:
The video loads correctly but the loading throbber is missing.


Note: The throbber is present when not in full screen.

Regression since at least 59, but it sounds fairly minor as it won't stop someone from watching a video.
