Works for me.
1. Does the the issue occur in a brand new profile with the English version?

2. Can you find the regression range?

I tested it in a brand new profile, so I show the result:
1. I tested en-US releases (59.0.2,60.0b10), and found that no problem happened. In addition, I partly tested it before initial report this is because I guessed like comment #1.
2. I am unfamiliar with regression test, so I may be incapable of meeting your expectation.
I'm not able to test Japanese locale using mozregression(Language Pack said build is incompatible), so I tested it manually.
As a result, I found nothing happened in 59.0.2, and problems happened in 60.0b10.
thanks!

Thank you for the update.

I'm sorry, it looks like mozregression doesn't actually support testing non-English locales. Bug 1401649.
Did you report this bug when using a Japanese language pack add-on with English Firefox, or no language pack and Japanese Firefox? Although it's possible to use mozregression with a specific add-on (including a language pack), there's no point if that's not the bug reported. Also, language packs are version-specific. So you probably ran into the aforementioned error because your bisection range spans two versions (59 and 60).

That's a very large range. Please try to determine in which beta build the problem first occurred. For example, if 60.0b10 is the first bad build and 60.0b9 is good.

Ideally, if you can make the effort, it would be useful to know which specific Nightly build is the first bad one. Starting points:
Last Nightly 59 build.

Last Nightly 60 build.

Severity: normal → major

Milan, this looks like a dupe of bug 1450656. Both as both seem to have active investigations I'm not sure which to resolve. Can you make that call?

I think it should be duped against bug 1450656. It's a bug in Fluent, and that bug already has a patch.
