Attachment: shape editor should rotate (case1)

The shapes highlighter should always render true to the shape-outside wrap outline:

1. If both the floated element with the shape and the content it causes to wrap live under a transformed container, the shape editor should respect the transform.

2. If only the floated element with the shape is transformed, this is only affects the graphics and not the layout (text doesn't wrap differently), therefore the shape editor should ignore the transform.
