I installed the build 2002051708. After installation, it pops up the following error message: 


"XPCOM: Event Receiver: Mozilla.exe

The procedure entry print? 
AppendFromReadable@nsAString@@IAEXABVI@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library 
xpcom.dll"

The above message also appears when I click 'About Plugin" in the menu. This 
problem does not exist at the build 2002051408

You instaleld over an older build.
Uninstall / reinstall should fix it..

The problem occurs after I uninstalled and reinstalled the new build. I don't
install over an older build.

You have a component (or possibly a plugin) that's compiled against old headers.
If you didn't install over an old build then you've installed a 3rd party
component. List your components directory and sort by date. It should be clear
which components were built at the same time as part of the mozilla.org build,
and which don't match.
