- Accessibility is enabled and accessibility tab is opened
[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Click on 'Responsive Design Mode'(Ctrl + Shift + M) for several time
[Expected result]:
The 'Name' title should be positioned without displaying any flicker.
[Actual result]:
The title of the column('Name') is displayed to the left for several seconds (flicker).
