+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1437302 +++

Bug 1437302 removed the last(?) use of spinbuttons in the proxy number field:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/ca384cb18f71#l2.13

If you restore hidespinbuttons="false", you can see that they don't work any more.
We're likely going to fix bug 1437641 (remove the binding completely), rather than this one.

Note that we hide spin buttons for all our usage of numberbox, so this bug is only relevant for other toolkit apps (TB)
TB has its own numberbox bindings now, so this bug can be closed.
