Release Notes for Mozilla 1.0RC2.
The path for all.js should be "defaults/pref/all.js" instead of "default/all.js"

Steps to Reproduce:
http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.0/#psm

Actual Results: "To override this on a per-port basis, add a comma separated
list of ports to default/all.js (in your Mozilla installation directory)"

Expected Results: "To override this on a per-port basis, add a comma separated
list of ports to defaults/pref/all.js (in your Mozilla installation directory)"
It's apparently been fixed. Resolving as worksforme.
