Steps to reproduce:

I have a video (http://rdmedia.bbc.co.uk/dash/ondemand/elephants_dream/1/client_manifest-all.mpd) loaded with shaka player.
And I have ::cue {color: red;} style on page
this a link to a demo page: http://whitenblue.com/ofer/bug/bug.html


Actual results:

I tested on Mac OsX High Sierra 
In version 57.0.2 the captions showed red (as expected)
In version 59.0.2 The caption are seen in white

(The windows version 59.0.2 also shows white)


Expected results:

The both should be seen in red

Reproducible on  Windows 10 x 64, Mac OS X 10.12 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64 on the latest Firefox Nightly 61.0a1, Firefox 60.0b13 ,Firefox 59.0.2.
