Tabs now don't work correctlly. Sometimes it's impossible to close tab. Another
example is described below.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Go to http://www.google.com
3. Open New Tab by Ctrl+T
4. Close just opened empty tab
5. Result: it closes tab with google and leave us empty tab
