Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 Build ID: 20180327223059 Steps to reproduce: 1. Viewed this page: https://keepitvegan.com/recipes/instant-pot-recipes/ 2. Scrolled down quite far 3. Zoomed in Actual results: A fixed element (the jump to top button) scaled when it shouldn't have. Expected results: A popular fixed-position element you will see on mobile are those "jump to top" buttons that save the user a bit of scrolling. On mobile browsers such as Chrome, when you zoom in, the element does not scale. On Firefox mobile, it does scale. When fixed-position elements scale, they take up a very large amount of screen real estate. Take this page for example (view it on your phone): https://keepitvegan.com/recipes/instant-pot-recipes/ When you scroll down, you'll see the jump to top button. Zoom in on the page. You'll see that the button starts getting massive. Now, try the same on something like Chrome or Brave. You'll notice it stays the proper size.

I can reproduce the issue on the latest Nightly 61 build. The button does scale on Chrome too, but it remains in a fixed position, on the right margin and doesn't get in your view. The same happens on hm.com, where the scroll-to-top button and the site nav bar are zoomed in on top of the content. Devices: Huawei P9 Lite (Android 6.0) HTC Desire 820 (Android 6.0.1) Huawei Nexus 6P (Android 8.0)
