From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020502 BuildID: 2002050210 and RC2 When a page contains a javascript which sets window.status the effect shows across all tabs during tabbed browsing. This means one website may be able to apparently influence the content of another. Javascript window.status scrollers produce chaotic effects. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open a URL containing a javascript scroller 2.Open another one, in a new tab 3.Watch the confusion, open a few more tabs. Actual Results: The status bar will show a mixture of status from all tabs, regardless of which tab is selected Expected Results: It should show window.status for the tab which is selected an no others. Because this bug allows one URL's content to influence the display of another URL I consider it to be of high importance and a "Major" bug.
