Reproduced on RC2.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to any bugzilla bug.
2. Click on the very border of a textfield, as far away from the content of the
textfield you actually can while still focusing the textfield.

ACTUAL RESULTS:  if you click on the border this way, in a filled textfield, the
caret will go to either the end of the textfield, or to a place about 10
characters away from the cursor. Really strange behaviour.

EXPECTED RESULTS:  put the caret where I click on the textfield.

This is reproducible on any forms textfield in bugzilla - probably everwhere.
