Step to Reproduce:-
Open Private browsing.
Go to https://www.browserstack.com/
click on green padlock icon then click on ">" to find the certificate details.

Expected Behavior:-

Hi!

Tried to reproduce the issue you mentioned on the following:
Firefox Release 59.02 and 59.00 on Win10 and MacOs10.13; 
Nightly(61.0a1) on Ubuntu, MacOs 10.13 and Win10.
Couldn't reproduce the issue on either of the above versions.

Please confirm how you managed to get the result from the Expected Behavior image, also please give us details regarding the operating system and Firefox build version you used. (You can find the info, if you type in the browser search bar "about:support" + Enter key)

Reproducing this issue is fairly straigtforward. I tried with a different website too:-

Step to Reproduce:-
Open Private browsing.
Go to https://www.hotstar.com/

Note:-

* I cannot replicate it in Safe mode.

This is unrelated to Tracking Protection, it just means that the page intermittently loads mixed active content (scripts loaded via insecure HTTP) that gets blocked by Firefox. There might be an add-on of yours injecting that script.
