Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to 
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/find.html?locationIdentifier=POSTCODE^1616007&radius=0.5&includeSSTC=true

Firefox Desktop (60 or 62) takes ~5 seconds on my MacBook Pro. Safari and Chrome take ~1.5 seconds.

A similar story on my Android phone:- Firefox takes many seconds, Chrome just one or two.

I started to look at Performance capture stuff but it's beyond me. I tried turning Servo off but no difference.

On most other pages I look at, Firefox speed seems similar to Chrome on both desktop and phone.
