1. Start Mozzila.
2. Do not exit Mozilla, shut down computer (Start button->shutdown...)
3. Atter restarting Windows, run Mozilla
4. Connect to Internet, visit any page - Disk cache will be cleared.

This is because we don't quit cleanly on shutdown.
This is also fixed as of 3 days ago.
