Actual results:
hangs on

Expected results:
proceeding to to speed test

Hi Knut,
I tested this using the given steps,but could not manage to reproduce it.

The page was working without add on and the nightly build
Doing some further test with Firefox 59.x I found the add on which is causing the problem:
DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials 2018.4.20
