The datadog agent logs the following periodically when collecting local metrics: WARNING (disk.py:105): Unable to get disk metrics for /data/efs: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/data/efs' We should ensure that the agent has the relevant permissions to collect metrics around the mounted EFS volumes on all elmo hosts.

I'm OK with metrics from the cloudwatch for EFS. It seems like performance is acceptable for now. WONTFIXing.
