Target Milestone: --- → mozilla61
MediaList isn't documented yet, and given timing and other considerations, it seems that the right course for now is to just note in Firefox 61 for developers that MediaList more closely matches the spec now, without going deeper than that. If anyone disagrees, please switch back to dev-doc-needed (with an argument as to why) and we'll re-evaluate.

Updated Firefox 61 for devs as described above.
