Steps to reproduce:

I wanted modify one page, to do it, I had to connect myself with a MDN account. 
I have a GitHub profile, so, after being connected, I was asked to create a MDN account. 

So, I validate my e-mail address (https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/users/account/signup), I checked the two radio buttons, but when I click on <button class="positive" type="submit" name="create">Créer mon profil MDN</button>. I'am said that I have to be connected to do that. So, I click on https://developer.mozilla.org/users/github/login/?next=%2Ffr%2Fusers%2Faccount%2Fsignup , but nothing appends.

Permission refusée
