 - Web console is opened

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Enable the “Responsive Design” mode
2. Switch the console theme (via the Toolbox Settings) from light to dark/firebug

[Expected result]:
The transition between themes should not display unintended content.

[Actual result]:
The available devices resolution list will be displayed for a half second during the transition between dark and light/firebug (vice-versa) console theme.

Thanks for the report!  I am not sure if I am seeing the same thing here...  I do see some flashing around "Reload when" area, is that what you mean?

A video might help clarify the issue.

Ah interesting!  In your video, it's the device modal for editing preferred devices that flashes on screen.  Curiously, I don't see that happen here, so there might be some kind of race in the platform as it tries to restyle everything.

Anyway, thanks for adding the video!
