3.5.7 Initialization Segment Received (https://w3c.github.io/media-source/index.html#sourcebuffer-init-segment-received) in step 3 (If the first initialization segment received flag is true, then run the following steps: )
the line "The codecs for each track, match what was specified in the first initialization segment." is to be removed, allowing seamless codec change within a container type.
