Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0.0+)
Gecko/20020503
BuildID: 20020503

In Mozilla Mailer, it's not possible to have folder name in non locale charset.
Eg, if my system locale is Big5, I can't have folder name like
Rémi. Inversely, if my system locale is Latin-1, I can't have folder name in
Chinese.
However, with windows explorer, if I change the folder (file) name to Rémi and
rerun Mozilla, it can display correctly the name, but it can't read the content
(the number of mails becomes ???).
So I think what Mozilla lacks is to recognise that it's within Win2k which is a
Unicode system and it needs to use Unicode API to access file contents.
