[Affected platforms]:
Platforms: Windows 10 x 64, Windows 7 x 64, Mac OS X 10.13 and Ubuntu 16.04
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open Firefox with an RTL build (e.x Arabic)
2. Open the Inspector by pressing F12.
3. Click on the meatball menu.
[Expected result]:
Meatball menu items should be translated in arabic.
[Actual result]:
Meatball menu items are not translated.

The strings are localized but have not been translated by localization teams yet.
Not sure this should be tracked as a bug.

Yes, this is probably not to be tracked as a bug. I think we just need to wait until strings are translated (which happens during beta iirc).
