In mozilla_src/modules/plugin/samples/default/unix/nullplugin.h the strings are
not localisable i.e, cannot be found in the sources of the English language pack.

Yes, we had tons of bugs about it, for both Win32 and Mac. We had to hack the
binary for the strings. However, this hardcode thing will go away someday, see:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=83754
My personal suggestion is the same, ask the localizer to hack the binary at
this moment, and mark this bug as wontfix.
