We still need a link on about:preferences#general under the startup section that says "Change home page and new tab settings". It should link to about:preferences#home.

Bug 1457234 - Add link to about:preferences#home under startup prefs section
https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/252116/#review261182
The new "Change home page and new tab settings" link does seem to look like the proposed design…
But does it even make sense anymore? This link appears under a "Startup" section that currently has 1) restore previous session and 2) check if default browser. Both of those are related to startup.
The link happens to be in the place where there used to be "When Firefox starts: [show your homepage]" and is just 100 pixels away from the Home icon/text on the side.
If anything, it would seem like the link could be more at home in the "Tabs" section just below where the link is being added now. (Alternatively, maybe if there wasn't a "Startup" header and just 1) Restore previous session when starting Firefox 2) Always check if Firefox is your default 3) Change home page and new tab settings link would seem to make more sense… maybe………)

uifeedback: With or without link either way is fine but leaning towards without, so closing.
