When a revision is closed (because it landed, or was abandoned) we still show the landing button and present dryrun blockers/warnings. We should remove the landing button entirely from these revisions. In the case of a successful landing existing from Lando and the revision being closed, it might be nice to only display information about the landed diff and revision, rather than a specific diff the user is requesting (Maybe redirect to the latest diff id?). This might need more thought though.
