Seen on master and v12.x
Steps:
1- Go to Private Mode and download a file
2- When the downloads finishes, tap on the Downloads toast button that is shown
Actual:
The user is taken to Downloads menu but not in private mode
Expected:
User should be taken to Downloads menu without leaving in private mode.
