From Bugzilla Helper:

BuildID: 2002052007

When a popup window is displayed without the menu on the top, many Mozilla
functions aren't accessible in any way (at least not in any way I've
discovered...). I've gotten used to using Text Zoom to zoom in on a window with
small print, and there seems to be no way to do that in a popup window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit http://www.hkhosting.com/contact.shtml
2.Click on "here's why" link at the bottom of the page
3.Try to think of a way to make that tiny text larger.

Actual Results: Excessive squinting.

Expected Results: Access somehow to the Text Zoom and other Mozilla features.

Konqueror deals with this by providing a context-menu item which turns the menu
(or toolbar, or etc.) back on if it is turned off. That would be a nice, clean
solution.
ctrl-+ does that. WFM.
Ah, I didn't think of looking for a shortcut key!

Still, it seems clumsy to have to go to a full Mozilla window, find the shortcut
key, and then go back to the popup and use it. Plus, there are some menu items
that aren't accessible via a hotkey (Print Preview and Save Form Info, for example).

That is a cool shortcut, though. :-)
The work around is one thing, but this bug describes a more general problem
which would be solved by bug 107949. I'll dupe this one.
