Button appearing on FF59 but not on FF61

Steps to reproduce:
Open any website that creates browser cookies, go to Page Info > Security
Actual results:
It only has "Clear Cookies and Site Data" button. What happened to "View Cookies" button
Expected results:
There should be a button or a way that allows to view cookies created by the website (other than Storage Inspector)

Removal of "View Cookies" is by design, see for example this discussion

Not sure if this makes this bug a WORKSFORME at this point, or if it should be duplicated against an existing bug (it was removed in bug 1348223).
Also noticed that there are a bunch of old bugs that should be likely WONTFIXED, or updated if they still apply.
