User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
Load the Zotero Connector into Firefox 60.0, navigate to https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf and inspect document scripts in Developer Tools
Actual results:
No extension code is present
Expected results:
Extension code should have been injected, as specified by the extension manifest.

Yes, this is an intentional change introduced in bug 1436482. It's not publicly accessible and bug 1454760, comment 3 doesn't provide any further explanation. Bug 1456485 only creates an exception for Mozilla extensions bundled with Firefox.
