Search Web 1.0.18.404 ({dc7d2ecc-9cc3-40d7-93ed-ef6f3219bd6f}) 

Reported to cause user's search engines to switch to Yahoo, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1216936 is one example, but I've seen this reported on reddit as well.

I took a brief look at these yesterday. They are not injecting any remote scripts, only redirecting locally. Given this there is no immediate urgency, I will look into this when the holiday/pto is over on Monday.

Any updates? I still see users complaining about Yahoo Hijacking Firefox Search, and this does have a revenue impact.

Sorry for the delay. I've checked the add-on, and it does contain issues we'd normally reject for if it were a listed add-on. It does not however contain security issues, and the add-on is clearly described as redirecting searches. I'd like to run this by kev tomorrow before we take action, but I promise we'll have this resolved by tomorrow evening.
