14609 - use new templatesFolder in the identity for Save As Template in 3pane

I missed one case of using the identity.templatesFolder ..the case in the three
pane where you're saving the currently selected message as a template.

I'll fix this in M12.... Jeff, if you feel like taking a whack at it, feel
free...but if you do, please don't use the identity from
mailSession->GetCurrentIdentity()... instead use the account manager to get the
identity for the currently selected folder.
